About the Coach
Vickey Wilcher is a Fellow Coach and Mentor with the International Authority of Professional Coaches and Mentors and holds a Certificate in Leadership Coaching from the Georgetown University Leadership Coaching Program. She brings compassion, insight, and professionalism to every coaching relationship, offering clients a supportive space for both personal and professional growth.

Vickey’s core mission is to help individuals to enhance their life experience by living at their fullest emotional, physical, and intellectual potential. She believes that every person has the capacity to deepen their learning and create a more fulfilling, successful life. Her practice recognizes that life is fluid—no two people or circumstances are alike—so she adapts her approach to each client; drawing from various disciplines, coaching methods and models tailored to their unique needs.

At the heart of Vickey’s coaching are three guiding principles:

-
Coaching is a true partnership between coach and client.
-
The client is always the central focus.
-
The coaching relationship is grounded in authenticity, with Vickey bringing her whole self to every session.
Her coaching style is deeply collaborative, rooted in open dialogue, feedback, and exercises that encourage self-observation, accountability, and growth. She helps clients explore their strengths and challenges—both real and perceived—while building greater balance, resilience, and confidence in navigating life’s complexities.
Through coaching, Vickey seeks to create an environment where individuals can not only recognize their potential but also consistently move toward a life of balance, fulfillment, and success.
Vickey holds dual B.A. degrees in Communications and Human Relations from Trinity College in Washington, D.C., as well as an M.A. in Human Sciences from Hood College.
In addition to her professional work, she is active in civic and community organizations, reflecting her lifelong commitment to service and leadership.
